Company succession could be implemented in-house
When Bernd Igel, Bernhard Scheckel and Thomas Breil took over the company together in 2008, it was already clear that the day would come to place WESOMA GmbH in the hands of the next generation. In the summer of 2021, after a carefully prepared handover plan, the succession arrangement was completed. WESOMA GmbH is thus entering its fourth decade with the next generation of entrepreneurs.
On 12 August 2021, Mr. Falko Riedel and Mr. Stefan Schneider took over WESOMA. As long-time employees of the company, these two new shareholder-managing directors are well introduced to the structures and processes of WESOMA GmbH. They have already been involved in determining the fate of the company for three years as authorised signatories and thus as senior employees, so that they can now take over WESOMA GmbH as a logical step and lead it into the future on their own responsibility.
The departing shareholders and managing directors would like to express their sincere thanks to all business partners for their cooperation, because without them, as well as our employees, WESOMA GmbH would not have been able to develop so positively, in times and situations that were not always easy, into what it is today, a well-positioned and successful medium-sized company in the industrial region of south-west Saxony.
The two new managing directors are looking forward to continuing the successful cooperation of the past years and to shaping the future positively together with you.
